Nourican brings a unique ability and experience to developing projects with unstructured and uncertain characteristics and create tangible entities that are significantly more focused. In the process, we are capable of substantially increasing value. Generally, Nourican invests directly in projects or co-invests alongside selected partners with whom the company has long-standing relationships. In some circumstances the company advises public as well as private companies toward increased earnings and accretive growth. Where appropriate Nourican will provide structured debt, private equity or strategic capital.

Nourican began operating in Central Europe in the early 1990’s in the franchising industry and in food processing with firms such as Dunkin’ Donuts, Baskin Robbins, T.G.I. Friday’s, Planet Hollywood and McDonalds. Activities then expanded to the telecommunications and construction industries, where the company both advised and developed projects in the tower and transmission sector and in real estate. More recently, Nourican has established operations in the self-heating emergency meals business in the U.K., Europe  (together with Premier Foods - UK) and the United States. In addition, Nourican’s operations have expanded to real estate and infrastructure projects in Central Asia and parts of Africa. Finally, Nourican is active in delivering solutions and products to the Healthcare sector related to COVID-19 and its subvariants.
